I’ve visited quite a few residential projects around Gurgaon recently, but Antriksh Central Avenue near Subhash Chowk felt a little different from the usual luxury launches.

Here are a few things that genuinely stood out to me:

  1. Low-Density Planning
    Only 114 apartments. That automatically makes the project feel less crowded compared to many newer developments.

  2. Balconies That Are Actually Useful
    The wrap-around balconies are spacious enough to create real sitting areas instead of just decorative corners.

  3. Strong Location Advantage
    NH-48, SPR, Sohna Road, schools, hospitals, and corporate offices are all nearby. Daily convenience matters more than most buyers think.

  4. Wellness-Focused Amenities
    The yoga areas, reflexology zone, spa, jogging tracks, and open green spaces give the project a more relaxed vibe.

  5. Better Long-Term Potential
    Subhash Chowk is evolving fast, especially because of future infrastructure and metro expansion plans.

Not saying it’s perfect — luxury maintenance costs will likely be on the higher side — but overall, it feels more practical than many flashy projects in Gurgaon right now.
